Do you have a passion for helping others?  Then we would love to have you as a hospice volunteer!    Heritage Hospice's volunteers are provided the preparation and training they need to comfortably and successfully complete their chosen assignments.  Some volunteers receive additional training based on their selected area of service. Heritage Hospice has multiple office locations where we serve patients located in Pennsylvania. Our primary area of coverage includes offices we have located in western Pennsylvania, serving the 14 surrounding counties.   Become a hero on your own terms On your own time. In your own way. Heritage Hospice is currently looking for Energy Healing Volunteers, who are interested in providing a compassionate presence and support to the patients and families that we serve!    Energy Healers make wonderful Hospice Volunteers due to having used non-medical interventions to provide comfort and care to those who may be suffering from emotional, or physical pain. This a great opportunity for any certified practitioners in the field of Reiki, EFT, Massage Therapy, Crystal Healing, Sound Healing, Aromatherapy, Meditation, End-of-Life Doulas, and the like, who are looking to practice their skills, while giving back to the community!    This is an in-person volunteer experience. Heritage provides FREE convenient volunteer training and flexible volunteer opportunities, close to where you work, live, or go to school!   VOLUNTEERS ARE NOT PAID EMPLOYEES AND DO NOT RECEIVE COMPENSATION FOR THEIR TIME.
